Twelve (12) Deluxe Rooms:

ALL Rooms include a kitchenette with cabinets and even the kitchen sink!

  • Dining table & chairs, tablecloth, placemats, dishes, glasses & flatware
  • 4.5 cu. ft. refrigerator / separate freezer door  [Rm 10 has a 10+ cu. ft fridge)
  • microwave oven
  • 2 slice toaster
  • 4 cup coffee maker, name brand coffee and creamer supplied
  • crock pot
  • dish drainer, dish soap, kitchen towels furnished

Since the church is no longer furnishing the lunch meal, you have time and everything you need to prepare a lunch here to take with you or return here for the hour long lunch time.

All of our beds, King, Queen & Twin, feature Sealy Posturepedic mattresses, which our guests have said are some of the most comfortable they have ever slept on!

All our rooms have a jetted whirlpool bath tub, 22 inches deep, for a relaxing soak at the end of the day. Plush white towels, bath mats & washcloths are furnished. We furnish Bath & Body Works Rain Kissed Leaves shampoo, shower gel, and lotion.  Bar soap is Coconut Lime Verbena. We even furnish facial cleansing cloths for the ladies to remove make-up (to keep our wash cloths nice and white!)  All rooms also feature a wall mounted or hand held massage shower head.  And we have triple filtered deep well water.  No chlorine!  Just clean, great tasting and beautiful  looking (in the tub) refreshing water!  Our coffee even tastes better than most!

Speaking of coffee, we have Keurig Gourmet Coffees in the Lobby with 2 machines, for no waiting in line.  We also have hot chocolate, ciders, and an assortment of teas for those who don't drink coffee.

The ONLY thing you need to bring is what you will wear and eat!    This should make packing easier!

RATES:

Enough details about the rooms!  ALL of this for between $50 and $75 per night plus 12% taxes (hotel / motel, as required by county and state)

Queen and Twin rooms run (for weekly guests ~ stay of 5 or more nights) $50 per night [plus $6 in taxes] for a total of $336 for a 6 night stay (most common).

For a 7 night stay, just add $56.

King rooms run (for weekly guests ~ stay of 5 or more nights) $60 per night [plus $7.20 in taxes] or $403.20 for a 6 night stay (most common).

For a 7 night stay, just add $67.20

Family Room,  *Room 11, which features a Queen bed and 2 Twin (bunk style) beds in separate rooms [one entry door / one bathroom, 2 TV's, 2 DVD's, 2 A/C & Heat units] is $70 per night (unless otherwise quoted on individual basis ~ for weekly stay guest of 5 or more nights) [plus $8.40 in taxes] for a total of $470.40 for a 6 night stay.

For a 7 night stay, add $78.40.

Rooms 9 & 10,   One King and 4 Twin stair beds, with a 10′ x 10′ sitting room with Full size sofa bed, 2 kitchenettes, 2 bathrooms, etc. can be rented together by a large family or friends group at a special rate based on individual need.     They may also be rented separately.  Rates vary.   Separately each room (9 or 10) would normally rent for $60 each (for weekly stay of 5 nights or more) plus $7.20 (12%) tax for a total of $67.20 for each night.

These rates are based on “double occupancy” ( 2 persons ~ *exception Rms. 9 & 11) and are based on “room charges”.  In other words, if only one person stays, the rate is the same, unless pre-arranged with managers.  If 2 persons stay, the rate can be divided between the two.

Rollaway bed & Air Mattress   We have a Twin Rollaway bed and a Twin Air Mattress Bed available for an “extra person” in some rooms.  The charge for these is $5 – $10 per night, depending on need.
